About

I am an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. My research investigates how emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks influence the design and implementation of gig economy policies and practices. Through my research, I aim to advance our understanding of how to give gig workers more security while retaining the economic viability of contractor-based business models.

I received my Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where I was advised by Gérard Cachon and Gerry Tsoukalas.
